Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Define the applied science roadmap for core AI capabilities, including multimodal perception, computer vision, and agentic reasoning.

- Oversee the design of robust evaluation and benchmarking frameworks for generative and predictive models.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate models into high-performance, production-grade pipelines.

Your Profile for Success
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in applied machine learning or AI research with a proven track record of shipping impactful models to production.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks and toolchains.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical ML concepts and business leadership.
