This role is part of the IAM Product team within the Group CISO function and is responsible for shaping the future of identity and access management within the GLS Group.

What can you expect with us?

Design, implement, operate and optimize the group-wide identity and access management (IAM) solution
Alignment of the IAM architecture with relevant stakeholders (e.g., HR, security, compliance, IT)
Collaborate in the group-wide implementation project
Integration of directory service and new application into the IAM solution
Consulting of stakeholders regarding IAM topics
Coordination and execute regular controls (e.g., re-certification of rights, process reviews)
Support of internal and external audits

What do you bring to the table?

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, information systems or comparable professional work experience in IT
At least 2-3 years of work experience in the area of identity and access management
Knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, user management, privileged access management, single-sign-on
Knowledge of current information security challenges and specific security risks in the enterprise environment
Experience with established identity and access management solutions
Advanced language proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
