• Deliver high-quality visual assets across branding, print ads, digital campaigns, website layouts, social media, and trade show displays.
• Maintain active strategic communication with senior creative leadership while providing constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
• Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge digital tools and AI technologies into the creative workflow.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Degree in design or equivalent hands-on experience in an advertising agency environment.
• 6+ years of proven track record as an Art Director or Mid-weight Art Director.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, digital design, typography, retouching, video, and motion graphics.
• Strong background in web layout and digital design across diverse channels.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for creative storytelling, emerging digital trends, and AI adoption.
• Fluency in both German and English with outstanding visual and verbal communication skills.
