To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all users seeking technical assistance. You will use your good technical knowledge and communication skills to understand the user’s problem and explain its solution. We are looking for tech enthusiasts, who constantly search for the best solution and enjoy collaborating on complex IT projects.

• Provide First level support for all users (employees and contractors) for all relevant IT Topics
• Record, categorise and prioritise service requests via tickets in the ticket system
• Install and maintain new and existing laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices and keep an accurate inventory of all hardware
• Set up all equipment for new employees, create user accounts and perform technical onboarding
• Constantly improve upon existing solutions and collaborate on complex IT projects

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Completed training in an IT environment or professional experience in IT support
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 10
• Experience with Linux, MacOS and/or mobile devices
• Basic knowledge of virtualization
