Join Amazon's Accommodations Team in Munich as an Accommodation Consultant! You'll be the go-to person for employees and leadership navigating workplace accommodations. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, you'll manage cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance and supporting requests. Your expertise in disability laws and collaboration with stakeholders will drive successful accommodation outcomes.
Key job responsibilities - Conduct accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requests.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on accommodation processes and disability laws.
- Coordinate the accommodation process and provide comprehensive case management.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to determine and finalize accommodation approval/denials
- Collaborate with leave of absence case managers
- Communicate accommodation decisions and partner with stakeholders for implementation.
- Educate employees and HR on return to work, accommodation, and complex case processes.
- Direct employees to appropriate resources.
- Manage a high-volume caseload.
- Maintain accurate and timely system records.
- Provide training on DLS to employees, managers, and HR.
- Adhere to internal SLAs and quality standards.
- Consult and partner with administrators, HR, Legal, and other departments.
- Participate in DLS program activities and projects.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Perform assigned duties.
- Ability to travel as appropriate
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience supporting employees in benefits, leave of absences, human resources, or employee relations.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal German (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).

- Knowledge of disability laws.
- Experience with BEM cases and database management.
