As a Contract Coordinator your primary responsibility is to serve as the central point of communication for customers within the Sales and Service department. Your duties include overseeing repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and servicing of navigation and communication (NavCom) equipment on marine vessels. Your ultimate objective is to uphold the highest standards of quality and ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in facilitating smooth and efficient contract management processes.
The scope of your work is international, and you will be located in Hamburg (Germany).
- You will provide contract support for assigned clients and monitors the agreed delivery of parts and services as per contract.
- Responding to clients’ request for quotation and verify if the scope of work is within the contract.
- Send quotes to the client according to the specific agreed conditions and obtain agreement from the customer.
- Arrange the pre-delivery of spare parts from Radio Holland Warehouses when the service delivery is outside the Radio Holland gate.
- Work with Contract Support (Finance) to close contracts.
- Check incoming invoices in our system (WhiteVision).
- Maintain ship lists (vessels purchased or sold) and equipment lists (serial numbers, software versions, expiration dates) in the system.
- Visit customers.
