Here's What You'll Be Doing

Ratepay is a dynamic and innovative fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions in the online retail sector. We empower e-commerce businesses with flexible and secure payment options, allowing them to optimize their revenue streams.
Join our software engineering team as a working student, contributing to the development of software solutions using Java, Kotlin, and Vue.js. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain both backend and frontend applications. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications using Java, Kotlin, and Vue.js.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) and work closely with the team to deliver high-quality software.
Code Review & Optimization: Review code, suggest improvements, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards.

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Java or Kotlin; understanding of software development principles.
Eager to learn; good communication skills; able to work collaboratively in an agile team.
