As a Project Delivery Manager at 360T, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects within the FX industry. Your primary focus will be on project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT development, system vendors, operations, and client services, to drive projects from initiation to completion, while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
- Project Portfolio Oversight: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, organizational goals, and project objectives.
- Customer Business Analysis: Analyze customer business needs through interviews, document review, workshops, and process descriptions to identify potential for automatization
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into development tasks using standard templates and clear language, facilitating effective communication among multiple stakeholders.
- Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate requirement prioritization and development pipeline alignment with customers, product managers, IT, and stakeholders.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Define and document testing needs to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.
- Team Leadership: Provide support and guidance to sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, train staff and facilitate knowledge transfer to client support teams.
