- Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating training for employees globally
- Help maintain our Learning Management System by setting up courses, distributing invitations, and maintaining participation records
- Support the implementation of projects and effective learning strategies
- Collect and analyze training data to improve programs
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of all training initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of human resources, psychology, education or any other related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Strong interest in learning and development, training, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other relevant software applications
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms and interest in learning more
Additional Information
- Contract location would be Bremen, Germany

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
