• Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating training for employees globally
• Help maintain our Learning Management System by setting up courses, distributing invitations, and maintaining participation records
• Support the implementation of projects and effective learning strategies
• Collect and analyze training data to improve programs
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of all training initiatives

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of human resources, psychology, education or any other related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Strong interest in learning and development, training, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other relevant software applications
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms and interest in learning more

• Contract location would be Bremen, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
