Your tasks:

• Analyses with global impact: You will independently carry out analyses in global procurement and support us in validating a brand new spend analysis tool
• Digitalization of procurement: You will help with the implementation of an innovative, global e-procurement tool and support our locations worldwide with onboarding
• Product catalogs for all needs: Together with our local colleagues, you will develop comprehensive product catalogs that meet the requirements of our international locations
• Creating presentations and training courses: You will create engaging PowerPoint presentations and training materials to best support our teams worldwide
• Close exchange with the management level: You will work closely with the management functions of the global procurement team and thus gain valuable insights into strategic decisions

Your profile:

• Academic background: you are studying business administration, supply chain management or a comparable course of study at Bachelor's or Master's level
• Experience in purchasing: You have already gained initial experience in strategic purchasing or supply chain management or would like to develop your skills in this area
• Analytical thinking: You like to work analytically and enjoy penetrating complex interrelationships
• Fit in MS Office: You are confident in Excel and PowerPoint - working with data, diagrams and presentations is no problem for you
• Strong communication skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Initiative and creativity: You contribute unconventional ideas and can independently develop and implement new processes
• Flexibility: You see occasional business trips as an exciting opportunity to broaden your horizons
