We are looking for a person to support the different areas and tasks of the Commercial Sales Management team in the European division.
Working together with the different team members, you will support us to find and apply more efficient solutions to reporting, day-to-day work, and process activities. As part of this efficiency approach, we are looking for someone with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, VBA coding and Power BI, as well as interest and knowledge on Database solutions, especially SQL based.
YOUR TASKS
Operational support for the Sales Controlling, Commercial Sales Management and Costing teams
Autonomous creation and development of monthly management reports (mostly in Power BI)
Ad-hoc tasks with operational interfaces: Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production, Project Management
Upload and Analysis of data into and from SQL database
YOUR PROFILE
Registered student in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
Fluent in English (spoken and written), German and Spanish would be beneficial
Very good skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA
Good skills in Microsoft Power BI
Familiar with SQL data management system
Structured, diligent, and independent way of working
Analytical mindset, team player with good communication skills
