Job Profile: Project Manager Germany – Gabriel Care

Title: Project Manager Germany (Ukraine Mental Health Project)

Location: Hybride – Germany and remote

Employment Type: Freelance / Self-employed / Temporary with possibility for permanent

Reports to: Yvette Eersel (Director/Investor Gabriel Care)

Objective of the Position:

You will be responsible for the launch, coordination, and growth of our psychological

care services for Ukrainian refugees in Germany. You will establish contact with local

institutions, build a network of therapists, and coordinate the registration process with

relevant health authorities (e.g., Gesundheitsamt).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate registration processes with health authorities in Germany
• Build a network of psychologists/therapists who speak Ukrainian or Russian
• Maintain contact with government bodies and partner organizations
• Support in setting up practical matters such as intake process, locations, and documentation
• Report bi-weekly to management about progress, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Identify subsidy or funding opportunities

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English (Ukrainian or Russian is a plus)
• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in mental health and/or refugee support
• Independent, proactive, and strong organizational skills
• Able to liaise with various stakeholders and maintain oversight
