As Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) - either part- or full time - you will support our team with administrative and operational tasks in the areas of HR, General Administration, Accounting, Order Processing and Marketing. In particular:

• Internal Sales Support: e.g. Responding to queries regarding orders;
• Marketing Support to Channel Partners;
• Office management, e.g. purchasing of stationary, work equipment etc.;
• Support of Accounting through entry of invoices, payments, etc.;
• Support of HR, e.g. compiling information for payruns on a monthly basis;
• Support of Business Planning;
• Organisation of trainings and company events;
• Management of Contracts and company car pool;
• Travel Expense Accounting;
• Translation;
• Flexible support in other areas such as placing adds, taking notes, summarizing meetings, editing company publications, etc.;

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; alternatively completed vocational training in commerce/ business
• Work experience, ideally in the areas of accounting and/or HR
• Familiarity with
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Software solutions for Accounting
• Good command of both German and English. Other language skills , especially Italian and French, are of advantage, but not necessary.
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
• Strong work ethic combined with high quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills
