We are looking for a proactive and curious Working Student (f/m/x) Office Management in Berlin (20 hours per week). As part of our Space Center team you will support our office & facility management, take care for the front desk and make sure, that our employees & visitors have everything they need for feeling home at the office in the heart of Berlin.

Apart from financial aspects, you will get precious insights in the general day-to-day business of a dynamic workplace with people from all over the world.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Be the first contact for all office issues, suppliers, and staff, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively in the Berlin office
• Prepare meetings, including the meeting rooms and welcoming of the guests
• Keeping the office clean and tidy including the kitchen
• Support internal events of the organization, including breakfast, workshops
• Manage birthdays (list maintenance, calendar reminders, sending mails, decorating tables, issuing and monitoring gifts)
• Operations and administrative support (which includes gifting, process documentation, managing calendars, etc.)
• Report to the local Office Manager, support onboarding and offboarding
• Bring our company culture to the next level by engaging with the team and putting your ideas in action

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• To be registered as a student and have the ability to demonstrate the right to work in the EU
• Excellent written and verbal German and fluent English language skills
• To be Proficient in MS Office
• An autonomous work style and sense of responsibility
• A strong practical mindset and good organizational skills
• Detail orientation and Diligence
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to work with a constantly changing set of priorities
• Very good relationship building and social skills in an international environment
