Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous enhancement of our Compliance Management System and take ownership of key areas including anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and human rights.
• Track regulatory developments and emerging compliance trends, assess their practical business impact, and translate findings into clear, actionable measures.
• Develop and coordinate the roll-out of Compliance initiatives – including digital tools – across all business regions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing hands-on guidance for complex compliance matters.
• Design impactful Compliance campaigns and interactive training formats (online and in-class), and deliver trainings independently.
• Advance exyte's Speak-Up Program: manage internal investigations, strengthen case management practices, and drive stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Your Expertise

• Degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in compliance, governance, legal, audit, or a related field – ideally in an international setting.
• Solid understanding of core compliance topics with motivation to deepen expertise and take ownership of defined subject areas.
• Confident use of MS Office applications and an affinity for digital tools and data-driven working.
• Strong organizational skills combined with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
• Confident communication across diverse stakeholder groups; fluent in both German and English.
