Your Engagement. - You are globally responsible for the profitable business development of our customer beyond organizational and business units
- You monitor current technologies and innovations in the renewable industry
- You analyze customer needs and market trends for business opportunities for the customer-related product and solution portfolio of DI and SI in order to implement the corresponding business plan
- You are present with your customers, thereby creating change and you will be accompanying the change process
- Furthermore, you will advise customers on digitization solutions in manufacturing and in the PLM process
- In addition, you will initiate and participate in negotiations on projects, products and solution orders
- You prepare customer contacts, build up a strong network on all strategically important hierarchical levels, including C-Level
- You will coordinate DI and SI customer activities worldwide, define the account business plan (3 to 5 years) and implement it
- You act as an escalation authority and manage it if necessary
Your profile. - A successfully completed technical university degree is the basis of your professional career
- Building on that, you can demonstrate extensive working experience (7+ years) in a direct sales / global account management function
- In addition, you have relevant strategic experience in international business and customer (relationship) management
- Ideally, you are already certified in global account management, or you are eager to participate in a relevant certification program
- You are motivated to use your consulting, conceptual and strategic skills to identify and implement additional business potential for us
- You understand the business strategy of our customers and you are looking forward to shaping those further for a mutual benefit
- Furthermore, you can easily adapt to different target groups, changing environments and circumstances
- You further convince with a high level of intercultural competence, a confident demeanor and experience in leading, motivating and developing teams
- You are willing to work in an international environment and communicate fluently in German and English
