Our client, a leading job platform in Germany, seeks a skilled Product Manager for a 3-month freelance part-time project starting in January 2023.

Background: Temporary support is needed due to a team member's sabbatical, with the permanent replacement joining in March. We seek an experienced Product Manager to ensure seamless operations during this interim period.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a preference for interim roles.
• Significant expertise in HR Tech and additional experience in Marketplace Business Models.

Profile:

• Strategic thinking with a focus on day-to-day team facilitation.
• Understanding of HR processes, immediate team needs, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in organizing interviews and managing the hiring process within a limited three-month timeframe.

Language Requirements:

• German proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
• English proficiency is necessary, working with a B2B team of 1 Product Designer, 1 Tech Lead, and 3 Developers.

Interview Process (starting ASAP)

• Initial interview with the Tech Lead.
• Possible brief live case study with the CTO and Tech Lead.
