Your Responsibilities

• Take charge of a critical product framework, providing hands-on leadership and strategic direction.
• Execute tactical tasks, including bug fixes and escalation management, to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Lead or Staff IC Product Manager capacity.
• Proven track record of scaling complex B2B onboarding features for diverse user groups.
• Experience navigating regulated products with cross-border compliance requirements.
• Success in delivering outcomes within high-velocity, fast-paced environments (start-up or scale-up experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to scale functions across platforms.
• Location within or near the EMEA timezone for optimal collaboration.
