Stellenausschreibung
At the International Civil Society Centre in Berlin, you will take the lead on keeping our small, international team running at full efficiency. As our Operations Officer, you will coordinate finance administration, IT support, HR processes, governance tasks, and day-to-day office logistics – ensuring every workflow lands on time and with clarity.
You will partner with colleagues across the Centre, external providers, and advisers to streamline processes, support event and programme logistics, and continuously improve how we work. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, following through without constant direction, and taking genuine ownership of results.
We welcome candidates at every stage of their career – whether you are building on early experience or bringing seasoned operational expertise. What matters most: a proactive mindset, a willingness to take responsibility, and a genuine interest in supporting a small, international organisation.
The position is planned at 75–100% FTE (30–40 hours per week), and we are open to discussing a job-share arrangement. The Centre operates on a remote-first basis: you can be based anywhere in Germany (with the right to work there) and attend in-person meetings in Berlin approximately once a month.
