Taktile was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services.
Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with a diverse set of backgrounds. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all.

Our everyday users are financial services professionals with a variety of backgrounds including Heads of Risk and Lending, Financial Analysts, and Software Engineers. We believe that great documentation is essential for making sure they all get the most out of our product.

About the role
We are looking for curious and passionate individuals with a STEM major who have an interest in gaining experience as a Technical Writer alongside their studies. You will help us produce best-in-class documentation and tutorials to guide our users. In doing so, you will work closely with the Product and Design team to stay on top of the latest feature developments and with the Customer Success team to understand our users’ pain points and how we might better assist them. Please note that fluency in English is a requirement for this role.
We are currently looking for a time investment of about 8-16 hours / week.
Taktile is a hybrid company, however we want to optimize the learning experience for junior candidates with as much in-person interaction as we can, so we prefer candidates who can join us at our HQ office in Berlin*.
