Tasks

• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure the lab operates smoothly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Onboard and train colleagues on laboratory and safety practices
• Supervise maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies
• Manage budget and resources
• Support research work

Requirements

• You have an academic degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or related fields
• You have 2+ years work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record on managing day-to-day activities in a biotech lab
• You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and ambiguous startup environment
• You have hands-on personality, team-play-spirit and efficient self-time management
• You have 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record on managing day-to-day activities in a biotech lab.

This is a flexible position and can be filled as either a full-time or part-time role, based on the successful candidate's preference and availability.
