YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employee relations: serving as the first point of contact for employees, providing assistance with problems and personal concerns.
• Monitoring and coordinating HR processes from start to finish.
• Coordinating international payroll through close collaboration with local chambers of commerce and payroll partners.
• Acting as the primary contact for local payroll partners and labor law partners.
• Developing and drafting internal policies and guidelines in compliance with local labor laws.
• International HR reporting: generating metrics and reports.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team as a liaison between local partners.
• Assisting in the preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, proofs, bonus notifications, etc.
• Data maintenance in the HR management system.
• Serving as an interface to other teams in the P&O Operations area, including compensation and timekeeping, and to HR Business Partners.
• Supporting, and independently conducting, projects in the P&O area.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, or commercial vocational training, ideally with relevance to personnel management and several years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with a focus on human resources work in an international context.
• Strong ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new and changing topics, especially local thematic peculiarities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Ability to collaborate with diverse international teams and adapt to various cultural contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex HR issues.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with HR management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HR Works, SDWorx).
• Basic knowledge of labor law is advantageous.
• Organized, dedicated, flexible, and discreet.
