iLOQ is growing fast which also means that new sales offices are opened in new markets. To ensure sufficient HR support to our business and people, we are now looking for HR Generalist to join iLOQ Family. This role can be located in the area of Düsseldorf, Rotterdam, London or Vaasa/Helsinki/Oulu.

You will provide support to our managers and employees in the global sales organization in various operational HR tasks related to employment lifecycle from hiring to offboarding. You will work closely with Senior HR Business Partner and be a member of HR team.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing, supporting and developing HR processes, such as
  • Recruitment; supporting hiring managers throughout the process
  • Onboarding; supporting managers and new comers to integrate to iLOQ successfully
  • Compensation and benefits; Payroll and benefits admin tasks together with external stakeholders, such as payroll partners
  • Learning and development; coordinating L&D related activities
  • People data administration; making sure data is up-to-date in the system and supporting data collection and analysis.
• Developing and maintaining HR compliance requirements in sales companies.
• Responding to human resources related inquiries.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Education from relevant field (BSc. or equivalent)
• Min. 3-5 years of work experience in international HR, working with remote teams
• Fluent English skills
• Self-driven and well-organized working style with ability to focus on details
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good collaboration skills
• Global and curious mindset to learn new and embrace diversity
