Execute prestige strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue within the assigned key accounts and strategic partners while working collaborating cross-functionally with other internal teams.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure business and maximize profitability.

Create strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines to achieve sales and growth targets and achieve monthly targets (sell-in, sell-out and visibility) and distribution of mandated assortment at the point of sales

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales projections for assigned key accounts to meet financial targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the prestige brands sec tor to remain competitive and innovative.

Travel to meet with key clients, attend industry events, and visit retail locations as needed to support key account initiatives and build relationships.

Execute the 6Ps (Product Assortment, Price, Placement, Promotion, Point of Sales Materials and People (advocacy) strategies at the key customers aligned with customer marketing and the execution excellence guidelines

Provide pre and post-analysis and KPI’s for all brand activations in Prestige Key accounts & ensuring the evaluation and learning within the team
