Starting from the contract duties and obligations, you will meet project requirements managing costs, timing, scope and quality issues
Working in conjunction with the PM Team and the Country Coordinator, you'll manage every step of a new project and coordinate all the activities of the involved teams/departments
You maintain close relationships with clients, optimizing the information flows with AB
Main Role Objectives:
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify vendors for local supply necessary for the execution of the Project, issue RFQs, support internal procurement processes and finalize local purchase
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget by monitor and track process
- Manage changes orders, project schedule and project costs
- Report and escalate to management as is needed
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Write reports on the project management
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive projects documentation
- Coordinates commissioning activities and schedules
