Core Responsibilities

As a technical authority, you define architectural standards and shape solution strategies across strategic account portfolios.

• Design scalable end-to-end architectures for complex global enterprise deployments.
• Establish technical blueprints integrating the Celonis platform with customer data infrastructures and AI engines.
• Orchestrate AI deployment agents by establishing robust validation frameworks, checkpoints, and quality benchmarks.
• Partner with pre-sales teams to ensure solution feasibility, accurate service scoping, and clear value mapping.
• Advise C-level executive stakeholders on Process Intelligence roadmap maturation and digital transformation.
• Guide deployment engineers in executing cutting-edge operational use cases while providing feedback to Product & Engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 8 years of background in technical consulting, enterprise solution architecture, or delivery leadership.
• Minimum 3 years in senior technical roles managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to architect multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process mining, and AI.
• Expert mastery of the Celonis platform, including Process Intelligence Graph, PQL, and Python integration.
• Practical experience designing AI-augmented delivery workflows and context engineering frameworks.
• Proven leadership presence capable of advising executive stakeholders and navigating intricate corporate IT structures.
