We are GymBeam and our vision is to build the largest fitness & health food platform and be among the top 3 biggest players in all markets of Europe.

We are currently looking for a talented customer-obsessed, who is eager to learn and grow, implementing new ideas that will help us become No. 1 fitness e-shop in the DACH market.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE

respond to emails, phone calls, Facebook & Instagram messages, and messages on marketplaces on the German market
respond to customer reviews on Google, Facebook, price comparison websites, and others based on German market
assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
checks and creates credit memos for B2B and B2C customers
checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders
work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
collaborate with the business team regarding product questions, or with the marketing team regarding promotions
review customers' reviews of products on the local website
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (at least B1 level)
call center or customer service experience preferred
university under-graduate or fresh graduate preferred
customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
dedication to customer satisfaction
excellent communication skills
familiar with CRM systems and practices
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
