Aufgaben
As a Customer Support Manager, you are at the forefront of customer satisfaction and customer service. In addition, you coordinate and organize all customer-relevant details. Biorena’s main purpose and key to success is to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, which you ensure by aligning customer expectations with our service.
Your Responsibilities
- Solve the challenges of our clients and engage with them via email and phone
- Prioritization and coordination of customer requests
- Point of contact for questions about our wide range of products
- Working closely with other departments to monitor and improve the team’s KPIs with a data-driven approach to communicating customer support impact
- Set up and actively improve our processes in the context of customer support
Qualifikation
- Completed apprenticeship in the commercial or technical field or alternatively a completed degree
- 1-2 years of professional working experience dealing with customers or ideally in direct customer support of an e-commerce company
- Customer-oriented and high service mentality
- Working with a customer service ticketing tool in a structured and coordinated manner
- Reliable team player and problem solver
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
