Combining GTM, product development, and engineering, our cross-functional team defines and scales software solutions that transform how the most influential Retail & CPG enterprises operate.

The Role

As Head of Industry - Retail & CPG, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global practice. You will own outcomes by driving cross-functional collaboration across GTM, AI, product, and engineering teams alongside external partners. Serving as the primary internal and external representative, you will accelerate value creation across our client ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching vision and strategic roadmap for the Retail & CPG practice.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Engineering.
• Partner with executive customer leaders to align software solutions with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on market feedback.
• Identify, package, and scale innovative use cases across the Celonis platform.
• Enable internal field organizations and external partner ecosystems to drive deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise software solutions targeting strategic Retail & CPG challenges.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience navigating 0 to 1 environments.
• Exceptional public speaking capabilities and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong background in enterprise software development and repeatable use case execution.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to bridge business context and technical execution for executive stakeholders.
