💡 Werde AI Agent Engineer II bei Zendesk (Home Office) - Revolutioniere die KI-Landschaft!

Job Description

About the Role:

What You will do (Responsibilities):

Core Technical Competencies:

• Vertrautheit mit LLM-orientiertem Systemdesign: Verständnis von mehrstufigen, Tool-using Agents (z. B. LangChain, Autogen). Grundlegendes Verständnis von Prompt Engineering, Kontextmanagement und LLM-Verhalten (z. B. Halluzinationen).

• Tool Integration & APIs: Fähigkeit zur Integration von Agents mit externen Tools, Datenbanken und APIs (z. B. OpenAI, Anthropic) in sicheren Ausführungsumgebungen.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Verständnis von RAG-Pipelines mit Vektordatenbanken.

• Evaluation & Observability: Grundlegendes Verständnis von LLM-Evaluierungs-Frameworks und Überwachung von Latenz und Genauigkeit.

• Safety & Reliability: Bewusstsein für Prompt Injection und grundlegende Konzepte der Implementierung von Guardrails und Fallback-Strategien.

• Performance Optimization: Grundlegendes Verständnis der Verwaltung von LLM-Token-Budgets und Latenz.

• Planning & Reasoning: Vertrautheit mit Konzepten von Agents mit Langzeitgedächtnis und Planungsfähigkeiten.

• Programming & Tooling: Proficient in Python (Fast API) and LLM SDKs;

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, NLP).

• Understanding of foundational ML concepts (attention, embeddings, transfer learning).

The Interview Process:

We are excited to learn more about you, so we want to be transparent about what you can expect from our interview process:

1. Initial Call with Talent Team - 15 mins

2. Interview with one member of the Hiring Team - 45 minutes

3. Take-home technical challenge

4. A technical interview with two of our developers to talk more in-depth about your technical experience and answer any questions you might have - 1 hour
