The training and the learning phase take place during the day in our office in Leipzig. Home office is possible afterwards - must be based in Leipzig.

You will delight our customers by providing fast and thoughtful support. You are committed to ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

• You support our customers via telephone and e-mail in German and/or English
• You carry out daily tasks, working independently and in a goal-oriented manner

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have full professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, other language is a plus
• You have strong written and spoken communication skills
• You are a team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
• You have a natural command of common office applications and are confident using the internet and e-mail
• You have a well-developed command of technology and don’t shy away from communications media
• You must be willing to work weekends and holidays
