We are a young, dynamic and fast-growing tech company. Our services range from custom software development projects, process optimization  up to cloud and legacy migrations and consulting teams or companies in digitalization and agile management.

Basic information:

Type of contract: Unlimited

Working hours: Full-time

Location: 100% remote

Your tasks:

• Oversee the hiring life-cycle process, from job postings to interviewing and on- and off-boarding.
• Assist in addressing employee questions and concerns.
• Help organize employee events or activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations and optimize workplace environment.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Skills and qualifications you bring with you:

• Completed studies or apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• First proven work experience (e.g. internships or entry-level positions) in human resources or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German mandatory.
• Empathy and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail
• Independent work
