Rocket Travel is a B2B arm of Bookings Holdings. We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Manager for Europe to join our growing Strategic Partnerships's team. In this role, you'll support the biggest brands in travel with an exciting value proposition that's helping them grow their business and add real value for travelers.

- Total Compensation is based on experience - Salary: €71,160 - €106,680, Bonus: up to 40%
- Can have a flexible work schedule. We have great offices in Chicago's West Loop and in NYC's Empire State building, we have a hybrid team, and a flexible work environment and schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and management of a portfolio of key partners
- Develop and drive effective marketing tactics that drive bookings with partners
- Support with business development efforts and on-boarding new partners
- Develop distinctive partner presentation materials, including introductory documents for potential partners, account reviews for existing partners and other strategic assessments
- Review, understand and share marketing analytics internally and with partners
- Manage partner marketing calendars
- Build strong, authentic relationships with partners
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience with account management in a similar role
- Is entrepreneurial and able to work independently
- Is detail oriented
- Understands how to summarize complex concepts in simple written and oral communications
- Is energized by fast-paced data-driven working environments
- Has relevant educational background
- Speaks a language common in the EU in addition to fluent English
- Has a passion for travel
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility
Travel: Regular travel is required to visit partners within Europe and for team meetings in the USA.
Work Schedule: Typical work days are Monday through Friday, work hours to be confirmed with your manager.
Location: This role is to be based in Europe with a preference for Germany to support key partnerships there. Candidates must be authorized to work within the EU.
