In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

This role is contributing to the ELSP in Heidelberg.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing customer support for both internal and external clients regarding written price inquiries and offers, both via telephone and email.
- Processing orders through SAP (EDI Electronic Data Interchange) and managing interfaces, including prioritizing deliveries, etc.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Coordinating technical inquiries with relevant departments.
- Maintaining master data to ensure good delivery service and high customer satisfaction.
