As part of our growing UX team you have the opportunity to help shape digitization in healthcare. You will be part of the development of innovative solutions for doctors and medical staff and support our internal teams by providing high-quality, consistent translations of technical content such as user interfaces and user documentation.
As part of our growing UX team you have the opportunity to help shape digitization in healthcare. You will be part of the development of innovative solutions for doctors and medical staff and support our internal teams by providing high-quality, consistent translations of technical content such as user interfaces and user documentation.
You are part of an interdisciplinary team in an international environment. You work very closely with content developers, project and product managers, product owners, software developers, UX designers, terminologists, linguistic asset managers, and external translation partners to provide the most consistent translations required to ensure best-in-class user experience for our customers.
You actively develop and drive implementation of state-of-the-art tools and processes for the translation of our user interface content and technical documentation. You manage translation projects in 40+ target languages from planning stage to final release and are in charge of quality, resources, and timelines.
You work in our Munich office: Here you enjoy the view of the Alps, but also the energy of our amazing UX team. You also have the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis.
Your profile
- Minimum of five years professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on translation management, localization management or similar, ideally in the field of medical technology
- Passion and experience to develop and drive process optimizations for translation management with an eye for the big picture and a focus on content consistency
- Passion for technology, and experience in the application of data-based automations in translation management
- Experience in working with development teams and agile methodologies
- Experience and methodological competence in translation and translation management of user interfaces and user documentation
- Experience in the application of translation management systems and linguistic tools such as memoQ, XTM, xbench, Passolo, MultiTerm…
- Experience in terminology and terminology management
- Strong team spirit and communication skills (German and English)
- Degree with a focus on translation, localization, technical writing, computer linguistics, language technology, or convincing professional experience
