Amazon Deals is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering exceptional promotions customer experiences (CX), which are central to global events like Prime Day and Black Friday Cyber Monday.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of DealsX CX program initiatives, including the development of new customer-facing features, promotion unification, and aligning stakeholders on investments and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal partners from various Amazon organizations, such as Events, Promotions, Category, and Marketplace teams.
The ideal candidate is a clear and concise communicator (both written and verbal) and an experienced planner who has demonstrated the ability to drive strategic, cross-organizational initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and knows how to achieve results.
In this role, you will manage the program for the planning and delivery of the customer experience for Amazon deals and other types of offers, promotions, and discounts in Amazon Retail. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to innovate on behalf of the Amazon customer and deliver high-quality products and features that delight Amazon shoppers. This role requires effective communication with executive-level stakeholders across multiple organizations. You will be responsible for a global program and will need to work with teams across multiple time zones.
