• To manage and develop the company’s website, as well as its performance, by focusing on B2B customer.
• To be an expert on SEO and PPC advertising methods on different platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• To develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels increasing our presence and authority online.

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display /search advertising campaigns in collaboration with Copywriter, Digital Specialist and Marketing Director
• Develop and Execute Customer Acquisition Campaigns, focused on acquiring new leads across different channels
• Support, develop, and fully execute cross-channel growth reactivation campaigns. This includes campaign creation for Google Ads & Account management
• Develop an A/B testing calendar and analyze the results of the campaigns and A/B tests to use the best-performing content, designs, and keep learning
• Support the Marketing Director and the Growth Marketing team to coordinate cross-channel campaigns with the goal of increasing our active customer base
• Improve the performance of our Growth Marketing campaigns by optimizing current campaigns and initiating new projects to continue innovating the marketing mix
• Research analysis of competitors with expertise on SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console, Google Analytics, etc…
• Knowledge of HubSpot and its integration with WordPress to organize forms and inbound reporting
• Website design abilities and optimization. Expertise managing WordPress, including the ability to include code as needed and architecture
• Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to manage labels, events, conversions, etc…
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) in different channels to learn from experience
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Optimize conversion points and user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if necessary
• Lead Qualification and management based on criteria set by the company leading TOFU
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
