Overview:
Mitel is seeking a proactive HR Advisor / Senior Human Resources Representative to support our DACH organization. You'll be the primary contact for managers and employees, providing expert guidance, coaching, and solutions on HR fundamentals and workforce analysis. Collaborating with Strategic P&C Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, you will contribute to crafting and implementing HR solutions that address Mitel's talent requirements. This role is vital for delivering responsive HR support and fostering HR functional and regional excellence, as well as process improvements.
Responsibilities:

Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices with 100% compliance to foster an ethical and compliant work environment.

Continuously evaluate, develop, and maintain harmonized policies, benefits, employment contracts, systems, and processes, while promoting the employee and manager self-service model.

Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of standards and legislation related to employee management, mitigating employment legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ensure a consistently effective partnership with global People & Culture teams, business leaders, and global functional teams.

Ensure Mitel’s HRIS system (WorkDay) and all other HR systems are current, with new hires, changes, and departures processed accurately and on schedule. Maintain data integrity through regular auditing controls.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
