The Client Value Partner serves as the strategic and technical orchestrator for one of our largest enterprise accounts. In this role, you bridge the gap between technical data architectures (such as near real-time pipelines, GenAI, SAP, and DataBricks) and C-suite business strategy to deliver tangible ROI.

As the Single Threaded Lead, you lead cross-functional technical teams, shape account strategies, and position the Celonis platform as the secure core of enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, CFOs), translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and actionable ROI.
Data Architecture Strategy: Guide high-performance data ingestion techniques (streaming APIs, Kafka, micro-batching) to ensure optimal data availability within the platform.
Enterprise AI & Governance: Design secure, enterprise-ready AI architectures utilizing the Process Knowledge Graph and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) while enforcing rigorous data security.
Engagement Leadership: Direct multidisciplinary teams of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists, aligning customer requirements directly with Celonis Product and Engineering teams.

What You Bring

Experience: Senior or principal-level background in technical, client-facing roles such as Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Account Management, or Engagement Management.
Data Integration: Deep architectural understanding of modern enterprise data pipelines, covering real-time streaming and standard batch mechanisms.
AI Architecture: Practical knowledge of enterprise Generative AI deployment, including RAG concepts, private model hosting (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), and data protection.
Enterprise Architecture: Solid conceptual grasp of enterprise software stacks, ideally with exposure to SAP systems.
Executive Presence: Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for business leaders.
Language: Strong proficiency in German and English is required.
Preferred: Specific domain expertise within the Retail sector.
