Who we’re looking for The successful candidate will have very strong sales skills, commercial acumen and extensive knowledge in the Asset Management and investment industry. Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative working practices are essential.
What you’ll do
- Distribution of a diversity of products (mutual funds, investment solutions and Private Assets) in a defined area of activity
- Support a clearly defined client base (institutional/professional as well as private/wealth clients) and acquiring new clients
- Proactive promotion of the firm’s full range of products and services
- Identify new and cross-selling opportunities through frequent meetings and discussions with existing clients
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships by providing fund materials, investment views, diverse analysis and share content, data and reportings
- Constant surveillance of market trends, customer needs, regional trends and competitors
- Handle a broad variety of client formats: e.g. individually prepared product pitches, advisor training, presentations at roadshows and events as well as articulate professional investment views
- Organize travel activities as well as the preparation of own client events in cooperation with the Marketing Department and Sales Support
- Market analyses with the help of various databases and analysis tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Morningstar, fund of funds databases)
- International cooperation with the fund management worldwide as well as with the sales offices of other countries in the support of trans-national client relationships
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent subjects
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management industry and proven trackrecord of client coverage, knowledge in private assets and impact investements will be a plus
- In-depth, extensive and technical knowledge and expertise in Asset Management industry and investment sophistication
- Strong sales skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a passion for business expansion
- Proven success of driving asset growth through setting and achieving sales targets
- Ability to clearly articulate investment ideas to internal and external audiences across various levels of seniority and expertise
- High proficient in communication and presentation skills in English and Greek is essential
- Ability to work from home and travel within Greece and occasionally abroad
