We are looking for a Documentation Clerk (M/F/T) at Flowserve in Ettlingen.

Your Role:

• Customer support regarding documentation requirements
• Creation of standard and project documentation, from clarification of the requirements to execution in coordination with the departments
• Support of order processing in the creation of internal and external status reports as well as customer expediting in terms of order / project progress
• PSR, monthly progress reports, etc.
• Independent operation of customer portals in accordance with documentation requirements and coordination with our IT in terms of access / installation / authorizations to these portals
• Support and cooperation PMO in the development of new procedures for project-related documentation requirements as well as documentation of procedures and processesProcurement of documentation for third-party products

Your Profile:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic technical knowledge / good technical understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP / R3
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new internal and customer-specific programs for creating documentation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibilitygood
• very good knowledge of English
