We are looking for

Quality Manager Automotive (m/f/d) - Global QMS

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen), Hungary (Budaörs/Veszprém), Ukraine (Kamyanets-Podilskij) or Morocco (Tanger)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global automotive environment:

• You will lead the development, introduction and further development of the global Voltaira QMS
• Development of global standards as part of the quality system (e.g. by harmonizing process descriptions)
• Global reporting with regard to the quality, environmental and energy management system
• Implementation of QM strategies and measures in our globally distributed locations in cooperation with the local managers
• Supporting the branches with internal and external audits
• Ensuring QM certifications and that all QM documentation is up to date
• Forwarding deviations and planning and implementing appropriate countermeasures

• Completed studies in the field of economics/engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and in the establishment and development of (quality) management systems
• Certification as Internal Auditor (IATF 16949) and Quality Manager and ideally further training in ISO 14001 and/or VDA 6.3
• Initial experience in managing intercultural employees across national borders
• Strong proactive and solution-oriented way of working and communicating
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-25%)
