Job Tasks are taken care of:

• QA activities of the entire production chain from goods receipt to shipping including run control in close cooperation with production leaders
• Evaluating product quality based on customer requirements and initiating corrective actions as needed and tracking their effectiveness
• Develop, implement and maintain Statistical Process Control techniques
• Create quality related production and process documents (inspection instructions or checklists) and ensure document control in the manufacturing area
• Conduct training of production staff on quality related topics
• Responsible for the restricted area (quarantine area)
• Performing of final quality inspections
• Handling customer and supplier complaints and root cause analysis using QM tools (e.g. 8D reports, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 6-Sigma)
• Creation and maintenance of control plan
• Participation in P-FMEA's working groups
• Maintenance and further development of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Participation in internal and external audits

Powers:

• Suspension of the manufacturing operation if the quality or safety requirements are not not fulfilled
