We are looking for you to support our HR team in Hamburg as soon as possible.

In close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Take responsibility: Support the TA & Learning Business Partner in day-to-day recruitment and learning activities
• Be highly influential: Pre-selection of new applications in close cooperation with the TA team and Hiring Managers
• Show commitment: Support in the coordination of interviews, communication with applicants and follow-up of interviews. Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Center for Learning and the participants
• Be international: Support with the creation of (bi-lingual) contracts, the follow-up documents and the HR onboarding process
• Create a network: Support in acquiring potential candidates via social media such as Linkedin and Xing

Your qualifications:

• Ongoing business studies in the field of economics or psychology.
• Ideally first experience in human resources and recruitment.
• Confidence in using common MS Office applications.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent and solution-oriented work style as well as very good communication skills.
