• Disciplinary and functional leadershipof Project Managers for MAHLE Filtersysteme and PMO in Stuttgart, Timisoara, Rueil, St Michael and Poland
• Ensure achievement of project goals to enable business success and KPI achievement
• Management of deviations to planned budget, timing or quality and problem/conflict solving as well as escalation if necessary
• Evaluation of customer requests and initiation of respective project structures in corporation with the Project Sponsors
• Creation of aggregated, assessed project reports (status, result) for the regional and global management
• Lessons learned and used project management methods with PMO to support the optimization of Project Management within the organization

• Technical or economic studies with solid financial background (ideally MBA) or equivalent
• Profound and hands on project management experience (ideally certified according to PMI)
• Leadership experience in product development projects within the automotive industry for minimum 5 years
• Fluent in English and German and further language skills are beneficial.
• High level of entrepreneurial skills and customer orientation
• Strong team player with high level of social and intercultural competence
