Choose the best place for your work– Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You can expect various tasks in the area of HR People & Culture (HR PC), with focus on people and leadership development
• You will be responsible for the conception and planning of various formats, e.g. leadership development trainings
• We will give you the opportunity to freely design and create information and communication materials, including the maintenance of respective communication channels (e.g. intranet)
• You will gain insights into the Human Resources department of a listed company
• We will involve you in strategic People Development topics for the Germany organization, as well as provide insights into selected HR PC topics for the region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
• You will have the opportunity to join an open-minded team where your opinion and contribution will be highly appreciated

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are studying human resources, economics, communication sciences, psychology or similar (at least for one more year)
• Important for us are first practical experiences in the field of Human Resources; previous experiences in an international environment are a big plus

Your attributes and skills:

• Our team language is English; for the cooperation with our colleagues in Germany, you also speak fluent German
• Good communication skills and creative design, as well as the ability to work independently are among your strengths
• You have experience in the MS Office 365 applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
