The Role

• You support new customers with the technical onboarding of our products.
• You prepare the customer onboarding file based on the data that is sent to us from the customers.
• You take care of customer migrations - you download the customer data from the onboarding file, carefully review it and upload it into our software (Avrios).
• You help improve our workflows and processes regarding the customer's onboarding.

Your Profile

• You currently study in a German university and you are matriculated for at least one more year.
• Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in a Tech-related field or possess a keen interest in technology and supporting people.
• You have previous work experience (Bonus): in a software or tech-related field
• You are proficient with Excel, know how to use formulas and references and work very conscientiously.
• You are eager to learn about our products and our software, enabling you to efficiently support us in managing the technical onboarding of our customers.
• You like to work quite independently and can work on fixed days during the week.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
