The incumbent acts as the administrative assistant of the Regional Consular Office (RCO) in Frankfurt and supports six foreign service officers located in Frankfurt and four Foreign Service Officers located in Bangkok, Johannesburg, and Washington, DC. The incumbent is supervised by the Supervisory Regional Consular Officer. The incumbent manages the global budget planning for the Regional Consular Office and coordinates the logistics and scheduling for more than 240 international trips a year.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Two years of progressive responsible experience in an office management position is required.
Education Requirements:
EDUCATION: Completion of secondary school (American High School Diploma or GED) is required plus two years of post-secondary education are required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent English (Reading, writing, speaking) is required. This may be tested.
