Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst/Resource Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the Resource Advisor for financial programs and corresponding objectives, policies, and technical matters. Provide advice, counsel, and guidance on all resource issues. Meet with division chiefs to assess organization needs and equities, policy, and procedures, and resolve significant problems that arise.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure timely and effective submission of requirements, changes and other required input through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBE) process.
• Monitor and evaluate the accomplishment of the Directorate's short-term, annual and Program Objective Memoranda (POM) financial planning efforts.
• Serve as the final resource functional recommending authority for areas of imbalance, resource deficiencies and corrections. Make recommendations regarding overall financial management and program policy.
• Prepare, track, analyze, and forecast budgetary and financial information to evaluate continual change in program plans and funding and effects on financial and budget program milestones.
• Coordinate component formal budget execution reviews. Assist in assessing program plans for under executing resources, as well as assist in the development of strategies for realignment to other priorities.
• Research, develop, and conduct in-depth analysis of budget trends and issues. Apply critical thinking to devise and evaluate alternative strategies and innovative solutions for key program and budget issues throughout the budget process.
• Interface and collaborate with the USSF enterprise component Resource Managers. This includes internal and external organization staffs to ensure program and budget recommendations to Department of Defense (DoD) senior leadership are fully coordinated and satisfy priority requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and issue guidance for Space Force and Air Force budgeting and component TDY travel business rules to ensure effective funds management. Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, procedures prescribed by the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), and business rules set by the Component.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of experience PPBE
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Current Passport
