Tesla’s Intralogistics/Material Flow Operations team is responsible for the material flow between storage locations and the production line and must ensure steady and robust parts supply. The team is seeking a Logistics Project Engineer to focus on setting up, maintaining and continuously improving our day-to-day operational processes within material flow operations. In this role, you will have ownership of projects from concept to implementation. You will function as the key liaison with logistics internal business stakeholders such as Material Handling teams on the shopfloor and Material Flow Systems Engineers but also need to closely collaborate with cross-functional teams during the development and execution of key projects and initiatives. The Logistics Project Engineer will work directly with the core management team of Material Flow Operations to drive high visibility and high value initiatives and have the ability to apply program/project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of a portfolio of projects.
